At Sila Perfume, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, damaged items, and order cancellations.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original box or packaging. Products that have been used, opened, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
This return policy applies to all Sila Perfume products.
Non-Returnable Items
Most items are returnable as long as they meet our return conditions.
Used or damaged items are not eligible for return unless the item was received damaged. Sale, clearance, final-sale, custom, personalized, or special items may not be returnable unless otherwise stated.
If a product has specific return restrictions, we will clearly let you know.
Return Process

Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the return instructions and a USPS return label.
If your item arrived damaged, please include clear photos showing the damaged product and/or packaging when contacting us.
Returns should only be shipped back using the return label provided by Sila Perfume.
Return Shipping
Sila Perfume covers the cost of return shipping and provides prepaid return labels.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
There are no restocking fees.
Please note that refunds are only issued after we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions. If the returned item is lost during return shipping before it reaches us, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are only processed after the product has been received and approved. If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Partial refunds may be offered in certain cases, such as damaged products where the customer chooses to keep the item.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on all products.
Customers may exchange an item for a different product, size, model, or available option. Exchanges are free of extra shipping charges. However, if the new product has a different price, the customer may need to pay the price difference.
Once the exchange request is approved, the exchange process usually takes 1–2 business days.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, the customer may choose to wait until it becomes available again or exchange it for a different product.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 1–2 days of delivery at:

Please include clear photos showing the issue so our team can review it.
If the damage, defect, or wrong item is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping cost. In some cases, we may also arrange pickup or return of the original item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been processed but not shipped yet, we can cancel the order and issue a refund immediately.
If the order has already shipped, the customer may still request cancellation, but the item will need to be returned first. Once we receive the product back, we will issue the refund according to our return policy.
