At Sila Perfume, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below to understand where we ship, available delivery options, estimated timelines, and what to do if you need support with your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states within the USA, except Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or local delivery. All orders are shipped within the United States through USPS.

We can deliver to both physical addresses and P.O. Box addresses. However, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Free Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Fast Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Shipping cost: $19.99

All orders are shipped through USPS. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during checkout.

Please note that we do not offer in-store pickup or curbside pickup at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day or the next business day after the order is placed.

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

Standard Free Delivery: 2–4 business days
Fast Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the shipping destination, USPS operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related delays. However, in most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe.

Weekends and holidays are not included in order processing or delivery timeframes.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders within our eligible shipping areas.

Our available shipping options are:

Standard Free Delivery: Free, estimated 2–4 business days
Fast Delivery: $19.99, estimated 1–2 business days

There are no additional shipping charges for oversized, heavy, fragile, or special items.

Sales tax is not charged for most states. However, tax may apply to orders shipped to Mississippi, where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you by email.

You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, please email us at support@silaperfume.com, and our team will assist you with tracking the order.

If a package appears to be lost, we will continue tracking the shipment and work with the carrier until the customer receives the order or the issue is resolved.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and send clear images showing the damaged package and/or product. Once reviewed, we will ship a replacement if the damage is confirmed.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@silaperfume.com, and we will arrange a replacement for you.

A signature is not required upon delivery. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may still be delivered according to USPS delivery procedures.

Special Delivery Instructions

Customers may leave delivery notes or special instructions during checkout.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Scheduled delivery is not available at this time.

We do not provide installation, assembly, or white-glove delivery services.

There are no special delivery restrictions for apartments, commercial buildings, or gated communities. However, we do not deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.
